    The best way to extend the life of your Laser printers is to periodically perform cleaning and inspection. Over the years, Copy World Service has determined that a cleaning a minimum of twice a year is suitable for a printer with average usage.           This service program is designed to fix your laser printers right the first time. Our techician will perform a thorough check on your printer(s) at your business location; This results in maximizing your productivity and will increase equipment efficiency. Flat labor rate + parts if needed per unit    Our technician will get your Printer(s) into excellent working condition through on-site diagnostic repairs.  The technician troubleshoots paper jams, paper feed problems, degraded print quality, internal errors, etc.  Tech will keep your imaging equipment in excellent condition by performing preventative maintenance, such as thorough cleaning, inspection of common failure parts, restoration of rubber rollers, etc. We charge a flat labor rate per unit that is pre determined depending on type of printer and applicable  promotions. This labor rate is typically used to help eliminate any hidden costs. In the unlikely event a return trip is neccessary or for those complex repairs that require multiple hours, the client will not incur any additional costs for labor. WARRANTY: In the unlikely event any problem we came to fix re-occur within 60 days or 5,000 copies of the original call (whichever comes first) we will return to fix it at no charge.     Time & Material "Per Call" Service Flat Rate ·         Senior certified technicians are assigned to all calls. ·         Equipment problems are repaired and corrected during the service visit. ·         Technician performs general cleaning, lubrication and adjustments as needed. ·         Equipment is inspected  thoroughly for wear and tear items and makes recommendations. ·         ON-SITE emergency service with a 4 hour response time. ·         All repairs are guaranteed for 60 days or 5,000 copies. ·         Brand name supplies availabe for all your Facsimiles, Copiers, and Printers.
